3. Tenant data isolation
Fleet data is isolated per company using tenant-scoped repositories, tenant-aware services and PostgreSQL row-level security. Your operational data is only accessible to members of your tenant and the roles they hold.
4. AI action logging
The platform records every AI decision — including reasoning and confidence — so operations are auditable. These logs are part of your tenant's operational data and are governed by the same isolation and security controls.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of personal information by contacting us.
