You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your account. Company owners are responsible for managing users and roles within their tenant.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other tenants, or use the service to violate applicable law. Fleet data you upload must be data you are authorised to process.
5. Autonomy and AI decisions
The platform uses AI agents to make recommendations and take actions. You control the level of autonomy granted to the system. While the AI action log records reasoning and confidence, we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and you are responsible for final operational decisions.
6. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Khwand AI brand, website content and proprietary platform elements are owned by Khwand AI. Your data remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khwand AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
